2.从基本句型、词组入手，完成文章。
任何文章都由句子组成，句子又由词组、基本句型构成。掌握好词组、基本句型，再配上合适的时态，一篇文章就基本完成。这是几年教学实践中获得的切实可行的方法。
初三作文以《初中英语复习指导》72页一篇文章为例。
“12月21日是星期天，天气晴朗。上午9：00你在去看电影的路上遇到一位外宾。他不知道去邮局怎么走，显得很着急。你走上前告诉他怎么走，他很感激。虽然你看电影迟到了，但你并不介意，你为能用英语与外国人交谈感到高兴。字数40-60个。”
首先，根据题目信息，可列出下列短语：
december 21st， on my way to the cinema， at 9：00，meet a foreign visitor， go over， get to the post office， look worried，thank you， be late for the film， be glad， talk with， in english
有了这些短语，再配上正确的时态与文章格式，此篇书面表达就一蹴而就。
e.g. december 21st ， sunday fine when i was on my way to the cinema at 9：00. i met a foreign visitor. he didn't know how to get to the post office. he looked worried. so i went over and told him the way. he said “thank you” to me. i was late for the film， but i didn't mind. i'm glad that i can talk with a foreigner in english.
